There are rumors circulating online that there would be a 8.1 Magnitude Earthquake on July 18, 2008 that will hit Philippines. Others say that it was passed through emails, text messages and even posted on blog posts about this chain mail coming from Juseleeno Nobulega Daroose , who predicted that a 8.1 Magnitude Earthquake on July 18, 2008 would hit Philippines and that would be few more days from now.
But, according to Phivolcs Director Renato Solidium Jr. from Philvocs, “There is no basic science behind it,”. Many believes on the chain mail passed by Juseleeno Nobulega Daroose, and many don't. Others just call it a hoax, spreading again on the internet. But the point on that is, why try to prepare? Be ready what will happen on that day. If it's true or not, to prepare would be best thing to do. Agree with me?

popularity? i really can't say but he's not asking anything in return. he just wants to warn us. i don't believe in superstitions or predictions, etc. but it really is better to be safe than sorry.
let's just pray that it won't happen or if it does, nobody should get hurt.
